If you would like a copy of our contract to review, I will be happy to fax or scan you a copy.

PLEASE read the contract!!!!  If you have any questions of concerns prior to signing the contract, I will be more than happy to discuss it with you. There are exceptions and we do make changes when needed.

HOWEVER, once you sign the contract, it is a legal and binding document. If ANY of the terms of the contract are broken, Bleu Moon Kennels WILL seek damages in court.  Bleu Moon Kennels has followed up in court proceedings for damages and return of the puppies and won.

Before you sign anything make sure you READ IT.

The contract is to protect the puppy above all else and we will do everything necessary to hold anyone to the contract.
