Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your puppy is healthy when it leaves our place. We
request that you take puppy to the vet within 48 hours of receiving your
puppy. If the vet finds an unforeseen congenital abnormality, we will
allow you to pick out a different puppy. If the vet finds the puppy
unfit for sale during these 48 hours, the puppy may be returned at the
buyers expense for a replacement puppy only. Unfit for sale on account
of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the sale of the puppy
does not qualify However, we may not have a puppy available at the time
and you may need to wait until a future litter is available. Our puppies
& dogs have not been exposed to infectious diseases here. If your puppy
is exposed to an infectious disease after it leaves here, this is not
covered under the health guarantee. Please pay particular attention to
this if you have recently lost a dog or puppy before bringing in a new
puppy.
Infectious diseases are not covered by our health
guarantee, as we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after
it leaves our home. We also cannot guarantee that your puppy will never
develop any health problems, just like a pediatrician cannot guarantee
that a child will never develop any health problems in the future. Some
things are just not able to be predicted. Our parents are free of
diseases, disorders, and health problems, or we would not breed them.
That means the puppies are less likely to develop problems. However, it
doesn't guarantee they will never develop a problem.
"One Year" Guarantee
Bleu Moon Kennels ensures that your new puppy is guaranteed to be free
from congenital defects making him unsuitable as a pet for 1 year from
the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening
congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with
your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have the
diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before
exchange. An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy
(uninjured or harmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian. The
breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. Any shipping
expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's
expense.
*The 48 hour vet check is to determine if the puppy is in good health by
your vet and to allow you to return the puppy if any health issues are
found. The one year guarantee is for the puppies first year of life, if
it should develop any congenital defect, that is backed up by a letter
from a licensed veterinarian. |
